VISIGOTH TOWER
The Visigoth Tower is, to put it simply, the cities Clocktower. However it has quite some fame as it looms over the entirety of the city; once inside and at the top you can practically see every district and what occurs with some difficulty. Due to this, it is often used as a watch tower for guards to observe the occurring in the city in the nearby area, and with use of a seeing spell one can even keep an eye on individuals going about their lives extremely closely.
